The ground floor also hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a french bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and both rooms offer direct access to the terrace. The single shower room with WC is also located on this level. On the upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, a third bedroom features sloping ceilings and a low door height of 160 cm, and is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A generous south-facing and east-facing terrace of 110 square metres completes the outdoor space, furnished with terrace furniture for relaxing and dining al fresco.
