Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 100 square meters spread across two levels. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a south-facing position. Some areas of the apartment have sloping ceilings, but it has been fully renovated in 2023 with cozy and wooden furniture furnishings. The living/dining room has a ceiling height of 200 cm and is equipped with international TV channels. There is an exit from the living/dining room leading to a patio. The apartment also features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, extra Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.

The apartment is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It has a washing machine, dryer, and hair dryer for your convenience. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
