This charming vacation rental spans 2 levels and offers approximately 100 square metres of thoughtfully renovated living space, completed in 2023, with a south-facing orientation that fills the interior with natural light. The property comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families.

On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living and dining area featuring a ceiling height of 200 cm, a dining table, and direct access to a private patio. The fully equipped open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this living space and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Please be aware that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. A raclette grill and a cheese fondue set are also provided for your enjoyment. The bathroom on this level features a shower and WC.

On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms, each characterised by sloping ceilings with a ceiling height ranging from 60 to 200 cm and a low door height of 190 cm. Each room is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length. Both rooms offer marvellous views of the surrounding mountains and countryside.
