The living/dining room has a ceiling height of 200 cm and is equipped with international TV channels. There is an exit from the living/dining room leading to a patio. The apartment also features an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, extra Nespresso capsules, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese.
