The bus stop for the Lenzerheide/Post post bus as well as the complimentary sports bus is only a few meters away from the house. Due to its central location, you will find various grocery and sports stores, the Lai Pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, bars, the tourism office and the football stadium (winter ice rink) in close proximity. The free sports bus takes you to all valley stations and children's ski areas within minutes. In optimal snow conditions, skiing out is even possible up to 100 meters next to the house. The apartment features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two single beds. The accommodation is stylishly furnished. The wooden furniture and the beautiful oak parquet contribute to a unique sense of well-being and a relaxed atmosphere in the apartment. The balcony offers a fantastic view over the village and the impressive mountain scenery of Lenzerheide. The parking space in the property's underground garage offers the advantage of parking peacefully right in the village center.

The open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, raclette oven, fondue pot, etc.).

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
