The property accommodates a maximum of 5 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, the living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, offering a welcoming space for relaxation and meals, with direct access to the terrace. Also on this level, 1 bedroom with sloping ceilings is fitted with 1 double bed, providing a snug and intimate retreat. The open-plan kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped for self-catering stays. The single bathroom on this level features a shower and WC. Accessed via a steep staircase, the upper floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that add to the character of the space. The first of these rooms contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second room offers 1 single bed of the same dimensions, 90 cm wide and 200 cm in length.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
