You will be staying in a 4-room house that spans 130 square meters across two levels and has a south-facing position. The spacious and comfortably furnished living/dining room features a Scandinavian wood stove, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. This room leads out to the garden. The large, open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate water closet (WC) on the main floor.

The house offers a range of amenities to make your vacation more comfortable and convenient. These include a washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and a baby changing unit. This vacation home boasts a marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Please note that it is a non-smoking house, and there is a smoke alarm installed. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
