"Hortensia 33" is a beautifully furnished 4-room penthouse vacation rental spanning 70 m2 on the 3rd floor, accommodating a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The property has been partly renovated and features an entrance hall that leads into a spacious living and dining room, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, as well as access to a west-facing balcony and an east-facing balcony. The first bedroom is equipped with 2 beds and opens onto the east-facing balcony, offering pleasant morning light and scenic views. The second bedroom also features 2 beds, providing comfortable accommodation for additional guests. The third room is a dedicated children's room furnished with 1 set of bunk beds, making it an ideal space for younger guests. The 2 bathrooms are configured separately, with one featuring a bath and WC and the other offering a shower and WC, ensuring convenience and privacy for all occupants. From the 2 balconies, you can enjoy a very beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The open kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your culinary needs, featuring an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and a fondue set for cheese. For entertainment, the living and dining room is fitted with a cable television and a DVD player. A hair dryer is also available among the in-unit facilities. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
