The open kitchen is fitted with a bar and fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, a grill, and an electric coffee machine, and also provides its own exit to the terrace.

The first bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is fitted with air conditioning and forced-air heating. The second bedroom contains 1 French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, also equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating, and benefits from a private shower and WC as well as direct access to the terrace.
