The second bedroom is equipped with 1 bed, making it ideal for a single guest. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower and WC, as well as a separate WC. The kitchen is open plan and fully equipped. Parquet floors run throughout the interior, adding warmth and refinement to the overall aesthetic. A large balcony of 10 m2 offers a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains, and is furnished with balcony furniture for your outdoor enjoyment. A box-room is also available for additional storage needs.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
