The first bedroom features a bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom is fitted with a larger bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The single bathroom on this floor is a combined shower and WC, providing all essential facilities within a compact and functional space.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
