The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable retreat for couples. The second bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, each 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, making it well suited for additional guests. The bathroom consists of a shower and WC. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, 2 induction hot plates, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, providing everything needed for self-catering stays.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
