On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room area, a lounge with a flat screen TV, and a well-equipped kitchen and living room. A shower room with WC is also located on this level, along with the comfort of underfloor heating throughout. The upper floor features an additional lounge area and the 3 bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms are each furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the third bedroom offers 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. A shower room and a separate WC serve the upper floor. The property also benefits from a large south- and west-facing terrace of 55 m2, offering an open view of the valley, and is furnished with 6 deck chairs for your outdoor enjoyment.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
