The kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a steamer. Additionally, there is a bath/shower combination, a separate shower/WC, and another separate WC. The apartment is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning for your comfort. The balcony measures 6 square meters, and the terrace spans 15 square meters, both with terrace furniture. You will also have access to a washing machine, dryer, iron, baby cot (suitable for up to 2-year-olds), hair dryer, and free Wi-Fi internet.

The apartment offers a beautiful view of the swimming pool and includes a garage space located in the basement. Please note that the apartment is suitable for families, although the TV channels are only available in French. - the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
