The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/bidet/WC on the main floor. The top floor, accessed via a spiral staircase, has one room with sloping ceilings (ceiling height ranging from 130 to 240 cm) and a double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV.
