The vacation rental is a 85 square meter apartment located on the 2nd floor in a maisonette style. It features a living/dining area with a modern kitchen, equipped with crockery and cutlery for up to 12 people. The lower floor has one shower, toilet, and double washbasin, while the upper floor has three bedrooms. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six guests.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
