You will be staying in a 4-room chalet that spans two levels and offers a total area of 120 square meters. The chalet features a comfortable and rustic decor, with an entrance hall leading to the living area. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining nook, and cable TV for your entertainment. The open kitchen is well-appointed, including an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a separate WC on the same level. On the upper floor, you will find two double bedrooms and one room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. The chalet also has a bath/WC and a shower/WC for your convenience.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
