The property is characterized by cosy wooden furniture furnishings that lend it a warm and inviting alpine character throughout.

On the main level, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a generous living room featuring a dining nook and a tiled stove. From this space, you have direct access to a large balcony offering marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside. Also on this floor, 1 double bedroom is available, along with an open kitchen fully equipped for self-catering. The bathroom on this level includes a bath and shower, complemented by a separate WC.

On the lower ground floor, the accommodation continues with 3 additional bedrooms. The first is a double bedroom, the second features 1 sofabed and 1 double bed, and the third is fitted with 1 set of 2 bunk beds, making it ideal for younger guests. A shower room and a separate WC serve this floor. The interiors throughout feature elegant parquet floors and natural stone floors. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
