A middle apartment in a three-apartment townhouse offers an excellent base for a relaxing holiday in the Luttorinne area in Saariselkä.
The kitchenette has everything you need for a functional holiday.

A good night's sleep comes in the downstairs bedroom (folding door) with two beds. The loft has three spring mattresses, providing additional sleeping space. Steep stairs to the loft which has a low room height.
The terrace of the apartment offers a view to the south and offers the possibility to admire the scenery.
The sauna is a great place to relax after a long day.
The toilet is located in the washroom.
Pets are welcome in the apartment for an additional fee.
The price includes final cleaning and bed linen and towels supplied for the number of persons booked.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
