A dining nook provides a cosy space for meals, while an electric heater and beautiful wooden floors add warmth and character to the space. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with 2 hot plates, a mini-oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, making self-catering a convenient and enjoyable experience. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Direct access leads to both a balcony and a terrace, where guests can enjoy a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea.

Guests are responsible for carrying out basic cleaning during and at the end of their stay, while a final professional cleaning service is available and can be arranged independently. Bed linen and towels are not included in the standard rental and must be arranged separately by the guests through their own arrangement. The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
