The fully equipped open kitchen adjoins the living space and features an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, the first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 2 single beds, each 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Both upper floor bedrooms are equipped with individual electric heaters. A separate WC is also located on the upper floor.
