Additionally, the unit includes a shower/WC area.

The rental price covers energy costs, final cleaning, and parking. You will be provided with bed linen, shower towels, and kitchen towels free of charge. During the summer season (June 1st to October 31st), access to all mountain railways (excluding Metro Alpin) and postal buses throughout the Saastal area is included in the tourist tax of CHF 7 per adult per night and CHF 3.50 per child (aged 6-15.99) per night. In the winter season (November 1st to May 31st), the tourist tax of CHF 4.50 per adult per night and CHF 2.25 per child (aged 6-15.99) per night includes access to the ski bus and postal bus services within the Saastal area.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
