The "Aiglon J2" is a charming and elegantly furnished 3-room vacation rental apartment of 75 m2, located on the 2nd floor and accommodating a maximum of 6 guests, making it ideally suited for 2 adults and 4 children. Partly renovated in 2023, the apartment features a welcoming entrance hall that leads into a bright and comfortable living and dining room, from which you can access the balcony directly. The sleeping accommodation is distributed across 2 bedrooms: the first is a well-appointed room featuring 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second is a dedicated children's room of 9 m2 fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, providing a cosy and functional space for younger guests. The apartment includes 1 bathroom with bath and WC, complemented by a separate WC. A large balcony with a north-east facing position and a south facing position offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and is furnished with outdoor seating and furniture for your enjoyment.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The kitchen is outfitted with a comprehensive selection of appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, an electric kettle, and an electric coffee machine compatible with Delizio capsules, which are available as an extra. For leisurely dining and entertaining, a raclette grill, a fondue set with chinoise and cheese options, and a barbecue are also provided. A washing machine is available for your convenience, and heating is provided throughout the apartment to ensure warmth and comfort during your stay. The living and dining room features a television with cable access, offering a wide range of entertainment options. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property, and a hair dryer is provided for personal use.

The apartment operates on a non-smokers only policy, and guests are kindly requested to respect this house rule throughout their stay. The large balcony, accessible from the living area, benefits from both a north-east facing and a south facing orientation, allowing you to enjoy natural light and mountain views at different times of the day. Capsules for the Delizio coffee machine are available at an additional cost and are not included in the standard rental.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
