You will be staying in a 3-room apartment with a total area of 75 square meters, located on the 2nd floor. The apartment has been partially renovated in 2023, offering beautiful and cozy furnishings. It features an entrance hall, a living/dining room equipped with cable TV, and a balcony accessible from the living area. There is one room with a French bed (160 cm wide and 190 cm long), and a small children's room measuring 9 square meters, which has two sets of bunk beds (80 cm wide and 190 cm long each).

The apartment comes fully equipped with a kitchen that includes an oven, a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, an electric coffee machine, and complimentary Delizio capsules for the coffee machine. Additionally, there is a raclette grill and a fondue set (chinoise and cheese). The apartment also features a bathroom with a WC, and a separate WC. Outside, you'll find a large balcony with both north-east and south-facing positions, complete with balcony furniture and a barbecue. For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
