This charming semi-detached vacation rental spans 140 m2 across 2 levels and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, offering a well-thought-out layout that combines comfort and functionality throughout. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living and dining room furnished with a dining table, perfect for shared meals and relaxed evenings. A large, fully equipped kitchen with its own dining table provides ample space for preparing and enjoying meals, and it also offers a direct exit to the patio. A shower and WC complete the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor hosts 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is a children's room featuring 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and is equipped with a fan. The second bedroom offers a French bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from air conditioning and a fan, as well as a direct exit to the terrace. The third bedroom is similarly appointed with a French bed of the same dimensions, air conditioning, and a fan. A bath and WC serve the upper floor. Please be aware that heating is not available in all rooms of the property.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
