The open kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, gas stove with five burners, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set for those who wish to indulge in traditional Swiss cuisine. The property features four bedrooms, three of which are located on the lower ground floor, each with a French bed and access to the balcony. The fourth bedroom is designed for children, with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length. Additionally, there are three bathrooms, with one featuring a double hand-basin. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
