On the lower ground floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom features a dressing room and a French bed measuring 1 x 180 cm, accompanied by a private bathroom with a bath and WC and a double hand-basin, with access to a balcony. The second bedroom is fitted with a French bed measuring 1 x 180 cm and also opens onto a balcony, though it does not include a wardrobe. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds of 90 cm each and likewise benefits from balcony access.
