The apartment features 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, ensuring a restful and comfortable stay. Each of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with its own private shower and WC, with one of the bathrooms also featuring a Hammam shower, adding a touch of spa-inspired luxury to your daily routine. The open-plan living and dining area is elegantly designed with modern and tasteful furnishings, creating a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing. From the living area, you have direct access to a furnished balcony that offers a very beautiful view of the lake, making it an ideal spot to unwind at any time of day. The fully equipped open kitchen includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table that comfortably serves the entire group.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
