The property offers 1 bedroom equivalent across its layout, with 1 bathroom, and it is important to note that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are situated in open-plan spaces rather than enclosed rooms. The ground floor opens directly onto a south-east facing terrace of 37 m2, complete with terrace furniture, making it an inviting extension of the living space.

The initial deposit required to confirm a reservation to be paid at the time of booking (unless there are special conditions in place) is 25% of the total rent amount.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. C'est un bon logement.
Néanmoins sur le descriptif il est mentionné que les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et ce n'était pas le cas, nous avons dû débourser 48€ pour la location.
Il y a juste le pommeau fixe de la douche qui est défectueux.

However, the description states that sheets and towels are provided, but this wasn't the case; we had to pay €48 for the rental.
The only thing that is faulty is the fixed shower head.
