The first bedroom on this floor is fitted with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm by 200 cm, a shower with WC, a double hand-basin, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters, with a private exit to the garden. The second bedroom features 1 french bed measuring 160 cm by 180 cm, a shower with WC, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters, also with garden access. The third bedroom on this level offers 2 beds measuring 90 cm by 180 cm, a shower with WC, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. A separate WC is also available on this floor.
