The apartment has two bedrooms, one with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), and the other with a French bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), both equipped with air conditioning and forced-air heating for your comfort.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
