When snow conditions are favourable, the house is also accessible on skis, adding a delightful and convenient option for winter guests. This spacious vacation rental spans approximately 200 square metres across 2 levels, situated on the upper floor of the building, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across 6 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property is arranged over 2 floors, each thoughtfully configured to provide ample space and privacy for all guests.

On the main level, you will find a generously proportioned open-plan living and dining area featuring a charming winter garden with an open-hearth fireplace, as well as a fully equipped open kitchen complete with a dining table. This floor also includes 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a separate WC. A balcony is accessible directly from the living area.

On the top floor, the sleeping accommodation continues with 2 additional bedrooms, each containing 2 single beds of 90 cm by 200 cm, and a further 2 bedrooms, each appointed with 1 single bed of the same dimensions. A shower and WC facility serves the guests on this level. The top floor also opens onto a large balcony and patio area, offering magnificent panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
