Please note that Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available at an extra charge. From the main living area, you can step out directly onto the balcony to enjoy the beautiful surrounding views. Also on this level, you will find 1 small bedroom furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a bathroom with a bath, shower, and WC. Accessible via a steep staircase, the lower ground floor hosts 2 additional bedrooms. The first features 1 set of bunk beds in a 2 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second is appointed with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
