The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The second bedroom is a children's room equipped with 1 single bed measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 set of bunk beds also measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length. The bathroom features a shower and WC. Direct access from the living area leads to a large terrace and patio, offering a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The open kitchen includes 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, an electric coffee machine, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cheese. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
