You will be staying at "Los balcones", a 4-room granny flat with an area of 130 square meters, spread over two levels. The accommodation is suitable for up to 6 adults and was renovated in 2016, featuring practical and beautiful furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with air conditioning and has an exit leading to the terrace. There are three bedrooms, each with a French bed (one with a 140 cm wide bed, two with 160 cm wide beds) and a length of 190 cm. All bedrooms have air conditioning and exits leading to the terrace.
Amenities Included
The property offers various amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, and capsules for the Senseo coffee machine (additional capsules can be purchased). There is also a boiler with a capacity of 60 liters. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and toilet, with an additional separate toilet. Please note that heating is not available in all rooms.
