An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into the living area and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level. The terrace, spanning 100 square metres, is furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs, and offers a pleasant view of the swimming pool and the resort.

The upper floor hosts all 4 bedrooms, each appointed with a flat-screen satellite TV and air conditioning.
