This charming 4-room chalet spans 100 m2 across 2 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The main level welcomes you with a spacious and bright living and dining room featuring a panoramic window, an open-hearth fireplace, a dining nook, and a digital TV, all dressed in comfortable and cosy furnishings that create a warm alpine atmosphere. A fully equipped open kitchen is also located on this floor, alongside a separate WC. From the main level, you can step directly onto a large balcony that offers marvellous panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding countryside.

The lower ground floor houses all 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and includes a hand-basin. The second bedroom also features 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm, and provides direct access to the private patio. The third room is a children's bedroom equipped with 1 set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, along with a hand-basin. A shared bath and WC complete the lower ground floor.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
