The property is bright and generously proportioned, featuring elegant and comfortable furnishings throughout.

On the main level, the living and dining area forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace intended for decorative purposes, a dining table, and access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor, fitted with an oven, a dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

On the lower ground floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms. The first features 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A shower and WC serve this floor. Please be aware that no heating is available on the lower ground floor.

The upper floor hosts the remaining 3 bedrooms along with a lounge area featuring a digital TV. The first upper-floor bedroom includes 1 french bed measuring 150 cm in width and 180 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower and WC. The second and third bedrooms on this floor each contain 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 180 cm in length. A further shower and WC is available on this floor. No heating is available on the upper floor. From this level, you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and the garden.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
