This elegant 3-room vacation rental spans 101 m2 across 2 levels, with the main entrance situated on the 1st floor and a south-facing orientation that fills the space with natural light. The apartment accommodates a maximum of 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, thoughtfully distributed between the two floors. Partly characterized by charming sloping ceilings, the interiors are finished with tasteful and cosy furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout.

On the main level, you will find a generous living and dining room that opens onto a 30 m2 balcony with both south-facing and east-facing exposures, offering marvellous views of the mountains and the valley. The open kitchen is fully equipped and directly connected to the living area, making it ideal for entertaining. A separate WC is also available on this floor. The natural stone floors add a refined, alpine character to the space.

The upper floor houses the 2 bedrooms, each furnished with 2 double beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, for a total of 4 sleeping places.
