A second shower and WC is available separately for the use of guests staying in the second bedroom and common areas. It is worth noting that the bed layout is flexible, and more sleeping configurations are available than the maximum number of guests permitted, though the capacity of 4 must never be exceeded.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
