There's also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there's a shower and a separate toilet on this level.

On the lower ground floor, there's another living and dining area with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a satellite TV with a flat-screen. This level features a room with a sofa bed (80 cm, 190 cm length) and a double bed (2x80 cm, 200 cm length), as well as an open kitchen with a hot plate, an oven, three gas rings, and a freezer. There's also a shower, a separate toilet, and an additional separate toilet on this level.

The upper floor houses one room with a single bed (80 cm, 190 cm length) and a double bed (2x90 cm, 200 cm length), along with a shower and a toilet. The villa has forced-air heating throughout.
