There are also several good fishing spots near the villa. In addition, the area offers excellent opportunities for hiking and exploring beautiful natural landscapes. The villa's large windows also make it possible to observe the northern lights.
Facilities are on two floors, which means plenty of space and comfort for vacationers. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen. There are also two bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with one bed. The sauna guarantees relaxing moments during your vacation. In connection with the sauna, washroom and WC.
There is also a desk in the lounge, so you can do remote work if necessary. The large terrace on the riverside invites you to enjoy the outdoors and the scenery.
On the upper floor, there is a cozy bedroom/living area with a bed and a sofa bed, offering flexibility for accommodation. In addition, there is also an alcove with a bed and mattresses. The alcove is especially suitable for children.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19.
