Other Information

Guests of this villa are invited to make use of a hot tub and a covered outdoor cooking area located in the yard of the neighboring cabin, situated approximately 40 m away. To access these facilities, guests are kindly asked to contact the owner in advance, and there is no additional fee for their use. Please be aware that the owner will not be present at the neighboring cabin while the hot tub is in use. Upon booking, guests are also granted access to a small private island located a rowing distance of 800 m from the villa's shore. The island is available for shared use and features a campfire site, a composting toilet, and a tent suitable for overnight stays, offering a truly unique wilderness experience. The property is heated by an air source heat pump, ensuring reliable warmth and comfort regardless of the season.
