On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each contain 2 separate beds, a separate WC, and a comfortable living area. An alcove on this floor provides space for 2 further beds, with a laver to be spread and a mattress available. The upper floor is completed by a glazed balcony fitted with infrared heaters, offering a sheltered and warm space to enjoy the surrounding landscape. The log-built sauna building of 25 m² serves as a self-contained secondary accommodation, featuring a wood-heated sauna, a TV lounge, a 140 cm wide sofa bed, 2 mattresses, a sleeping loft with a 120 cm wide bed, a separate WC, a fridge, and a dishwasher. On this terrace, an outdoor jacuzzi accommodating up to 8 people is available and can be reserved for an additional fee, with reservation and payment arranged directly with the owner at a price starting from 200 euros per weekend. The sauna building is fronted by a large furnished terrace equipped with a hot tub, which is included in the price and heated by you personally following the instructions provided by the owner, along with sun beds, infrared heaters, and a gas grill, creating a warm and inviting outdoor retreat. The yard area also features a children's playhouse and a campfire site, offering recreational options for guests of all ages. The property sits just 20 m from the river Eurajoki, where a pier with a swimming ladder provides direct water access. The river deepens sharply right from the shore, and you can swim from the pier by ladder or from the side of the pier. The river reaches several meters in depth at its centre, and during summer there may be some flow depending on rainfall. 2 kayaks and a SUP board are available for your use, inviting you to explore the river at your leisure. Wide and stable stairs lead down to the beach, ensuring safe and easy access to the waterfront for all guests.

Other Information

Check-in for this property begins at the earliest at 18:00, in place for maintenance reasons. Regarding check-out, weekend bookings made outside of summer time must conclude by 14:00 at the latest, while all other bookings, including summer weekend stays, must end by 12:00. These policies apply to ensure the property is properly maintained between guest stays. The sauna building hot tub is included in the rental price and is operated by guests themselves, who are asked to follow carefully the instructions received from the owner prior to use. The outdoor jacuzzi located on the main building terrace is not included in the standard price and must be booked separately, with all arrangements made directly between the customer and the owner. Heating throughout the property is supported by an infrared heating system on the glazed balcony of the main building, while the sauna building benefits from a traditional wood-heated sauna.
