Should you wish to host any parties or other events where the number of guests temporarily exceeds this maximum, prior agreement with the owner or Lomarengas is required. The property is not considered suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the multi-level layout of the interior, which spans 3 distinct levels in addition to the ground floor.
