On the ground floor, a generous open-plan living room and kitchen area welcomes you with a high ceiling and ample dining space, perfectly suited to larger groups gathering together. The kitchen is well-equipped to meet all your culinary needs. 2 bedrooms are located on this level, each furnished with 2 beds measuring 80 x 200 cm, alongside an electric sauna and a bathroom with WC. A separate entrance with a vestibule provides convenient access to the property. The upper floor features a low yet spacious loft with 3 beds at each end, totalling 6 beds of 80 x 200 cm each, offering a comfortable and characterful sleeping arrangement. Throughout your stay, you will benefit from Internet Wifi connectivity, keeping you connected while you enjoy the peaceful lakeside surroundings.

Outdoors

The villa's outdoor spaces are as inviting as its interior, beginning with a generously sized L-shaped terrace that is entirely covered by a roof, accessible directly from the living room and kitchen area. The terrace is furnished with a dining area and a gas grill, making it an ideal spot for outdoor meals in any weather. The plot itself consists of coniferous forest terrain that slopes gently down towards the lake, creating a naturally beautiful and private setting. The lakeshore features a sandy and shallow bottom near the water's edge, gradually becoming softer further out, and a small pier equipped with a swim ladder invites you to enjoy the calm waters of lake Haapijärvi at your leisure. Separate from the main building, a dedicated sauna building sits directly on the beach, housing a wood-heated sauna stove, a washing room, a living area with a sink and workspace, and a loft that can also serve as additional sleeping space, though guests should be mindful of the steep ladder leading to it. This sauna building also features its own terrace facing the lake, offering a peaceful vantage point to take in the surrounding scenery. Each villa on the lake has been positioned to ensure complete privacy, with its own dedicated beach and private yard.

The villa is part of a small lakeside community of 4 similar properties situated on the shores of lake Haapijärvi, referenced under property numbers 16679, 16695, and 16696. While all 4 villas share a comparable layout and standard of equipment, minor differences in furnishings or fittings may exist between them. The maximum occupancy of the villa is strictly 8 people. Pets are permitted at the Koivuranta cottage for reservations taking place from June 12, 2024 onwards. Prior to this date, pets are not allowed on the property.
