Property Description
Spacious and versatile base for holiday in Iivantiira district in Kuhmo. Not located by the water, but rowing boat and trailer are in use. Peaceful place, suitable as a base for wilderness tourism and nature activities.
55 km to the north from Kuhmo, 55 km to the southeast from Hyrynsalmi municipality center.
The main building of the farm, built in 1961, completely renewed and renovated.
Living room with spreadable bed, bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with 2 separate beds, sauna, washroom/WC, separate WC and hall. Small covered porch.
Yard sauna with sauna room and dressing room. The sauna is equipped with wood-burning sauna stove and water tank connected to the sauna stove. Tank is used for water heating. There is no electricity in the sauna. Water to the sauna must be brought by using a bucket from the house, distance 10 m.
Nice old-style smoker, suitable for smoking meat.
Fence and shelter for the dog.
In the yard there are a cowshed, vehicle shed and free-range area for cattle. Those are rented to the cattle breeder, who goes daily to take care of the animals (cattle).

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.
For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
