On the upper floor, 2 rooms with sloping ceilings provide additional sleeping arrangements: the first features 1 single bed measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
