The kitchenette is fitted with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a grill, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A boiler with a capacity of 300 litres serves the property. On the upper floor, you will find 3 rooms, each furnished with 1 double bed, along with a bathroom with bath and WC and a separate shower and WC. On the 2nd upper floor, 2 additional rooms are available, each also featuring 1 double bed. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.
