The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. Like the living/dining room, it provides access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a bathroom and a separate toilet.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
