On the ground level, you will find 2 open rooms, each equipped with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. The first open room features 3 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second open room is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shared shower and WC serve this level.
The upper floor hosts the main living area, including a living room with cable TV and a flat screen, as well as an open kitchen fully equipped for comfortable stays. This floor also contains 2 additional bedrooms, each with its own private shower and WC, and both benefiting from air conditioning and forced-air heating. The first of these rooms is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, while the second features 3 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A dedicated bath and WC complete the bathroom facilities on this floor, bringing the total to 4 bathrooms across the property.

- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
