For shared use: property 3'000 m2, natural garden, orchard. Private: swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 100 - 170 cm, 01.04.-30.10.). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop "Inca" 3 km, sandy beach 23 km. Golf course 13 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner lives on the same property.

3-room house 50 m2, on the ground floor. Simple and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with sloping ceilings with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace, to the swimming pool. 1 room with 1 french bed (length 180 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (length 150 cm). Small kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Terrace 30 m2, porch 20 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (8). Panoramic view of the mountains, the valley and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot for up to 3 year olds. Reserved parking (fenced). 1 pet/ dog allowed. One of the double bedrooms doesn't have direct access from inside the house, the access is from the porch. There is a single bed in the living room situated in a loft with access by a very steep staircase. Coal for the fireplace (extra). The fridge in the kitchen is small. 2236-2006

Schöne Unterkunft für Max. 4 Personen. Der grosse Pool mit dem schönen Aussenbereich und der tollen Aussicht ist auf jedenfall positiv zu erwähnen. Ein paar kleine Ausbesserungen hier und da wären sicher angebracht, aber tun dem Urlaubsgefühl keinen Abbruch:-) die Küche ist wirklich recht klein und die Ausstattung müsste wenn es für 4 Personen gedacht ist auch dafür ausgestattet sein. Ärgerlich war für uns nur das in der Beschreibung kostenloses W-LAN steht, aber der Vermieter den Eindruck machte das er davon noch nichts gehört hatte. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen haben wir es irgendwie hinbekommen , aber es war nur in der Nähe des Hauses des Vermieters möglich. Ansonsten kann man die Unterkunft gut empfehlen! Wir hatten hatten eine sehr schöne Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Nice accommodation for max. 4 people. The large pool with the beautiful outdoor area and the great view should definitely be mentioned positively. A few small repairs here and there would certainly be appropriate, but do not detract from the holiday feeling :-) the kitchen is really quite small and the equipment would have to be equipped for it if it is intended for 4 people. The only thing that was annoying for us was that the description included free WiFi, but the landlord gave the impression that he hadn't heard of it yet. After several inquiries, we somehow managed to do it, but it was only possible near the landlord's house. Otherwise one can recommend the accommodation! We had a very nice week there and felt very comfortable.
