Also on the ground floor, 1 large bedroom features a dressing room and a double French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, accompanied by a private shower room. A generously sized kitchen is fully equipped and also provides direct access to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout. On the upper floor, you will find 3 additional bedrooms: 2 large rooms each furnished with a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm in length, and 1 further large room with a single bed measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm in length. A playroom of 25 m² with sloping ceilings adds a distinctive and versatile space on this level. A full bathroom and a separate WC serve the upper floor. In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
