The open kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The upper floor, characterized by elegant sloping ceilings and parquet floors throughout, hosts all 3 bedrooms. The first is a large double bedroom with a panoramic window and direct access to the balcony.
